Detach the parts

Cistern
Cisterns hold and release water as and when the flush button is pressed. All the existing water from that has to be removed. Fill it with a cleaning solution. Usually, cisterns are the most untouched parts. They are rarely opened. Now, take a small hand brush and scrub the walls of the unit. Due to constantly holding water, there shall be a lot of yellow stains. They are the result of residues formed from mineral contents. Cleanse until it is spotless and stainless. Leave it to air for some time. Then refill it with water and add cistern cleaner blocks that are available in the market.
Reattach the parts
By this time, all the sunned parts must be ready. Bring them in and carefully reattach them. Before such reattachment, clean the screws and grooves that hold these attachments. Take out those screws and clean them. Then, fix these parts carefully. Now, what you have is called a “Clean” toilet. Lastly, don’t forget an air freshener in your bathroom.
